2. Products and Orders
All photographic prints are produced upon request. Each order is subject to acceptance and availability. FM Studio reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of the order via the provided payment methods (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the locations specified during the checkout process. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. FM Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day “cool-off” period) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Since all prints are custom-made to order, all sales are final.
- In the event of items arriving damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation to arrange a replacement.
6. Intellectual Property
All photographs and content on this website are the exclusive property of Francesca Menghini (FM Studio) and are protected by international copyright laws. The purchase of a physical print does not transfer any copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not scan, copy, or redistribute the images without written permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
