“I AM…”

I Am… is a collective exhibition of photographic portraits that proposes a new way to further overcome the relative uselessness or ineffectiveness of prejudgment. There are important issues such as race, religion and gender,  but there is also how we prejudge when we see how someone dresses, plays, coifs and even moves from place to place.

And how do we define ourselves?

How do we express our individuality in our work or in the pursuit of our passions?

How different does one look from the outside when being categorized through a preconceived idea of what would normally be expected relative to lifestyle and standing?

I Am… proposes to reveal through the lens of a multitude of photographers from various parts of the globe what can be possible in the growing dispersion and development of the human race, images that transcend boundaries and belief systems.

I’m thrilled to be part of this outstanding exhibition

I showed two of my photographs, that portray Sven and Veronica.

If you want to know more about every picture, I leave you the catalogue link.

Last Saturday, the 11th of January, there was the opening, with almost 400 people.
A big thank you to the Morean Arts Center and to D. Dominick Lombardi, Curator, for the support during the months.

Here some images from the opening day!
